We only sell and ship to Canada and Canadian residents ONLY. We do not sell or ship to the USA or any countries other than Canada.

The payment method for purchases is by E-transfer. E-transfer Instructions will be provided during the checkout process and in the order confirmation email received, please follow the  instructions carefully.

Please DO NOT include any Cannabis related wording anywhere in the E-transfer!

If we do not receive payment for your order within 1 hour of it being placed, we will cancel the order to make sure the inventory is available for others. Please submit the payment without delay to avoid cancellation. Keep in mind that E-transfers may take up to 30-45min to arrive to us, so we advise you send it immediately to ensure the order does not get cancelled.

If you made a mistake while making your order, please email us at info@theomd.net letting us know to cancel the order before payment is made. We will cancel the order and you can make a new order with the correct items.

Once your order is packaged you will receive an “Order Complete” email containing a tracking number for your order. If you have Gmail, the email with the tracking will often go to the “Promotions” folder, please move it into your inbox and going forward it will go directly into inbox.

We guarantee that your order will be shipped with a tracking number provided to you. Once your order gets shipped, it is in the hands of Canada Post and we are no longer liable for it. To ensure the package arrives directly to you, you may request a Signature option for your package, meaning it will only be released directly to you and not left in your mailbox.

We do not accept returns, all our items are final sale.

Payments are only processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) 9am-4pm, since Canada Post only ships on weekdays and the cutoff for drop offs is 4:30pm. If you sent your E-transfer after 4pm or on the weekend, it will not be accepted until the following business day.

If the order has not been dropped off at Canada post you can cancel your order, please email or call us to let us know you would like to cancel an order.

All new orders are marked on hold until they are paid and packaged. Once your order has been paid it will be packaged on Weekdays (excluding holidays) between 9am-4pm. Once it is packaged you will receive an “Order Complete” email containing your tracking number near the bottom of the email.

During times of high shipping volume, such as Christmas, Black Friday, or pandemics such as the one we are currently experiencing, the Canada Post processing warehouses can get really full. When the warehouses are full or over capacity, some packages may take longer get processed and sent out to their final destination. Rest assured, packages always end up being processed even though it may experience delays.

When the warehouses are full or over capacity, some packages get sent to other warehouses that are less full and have more processing capacity which may be in different cities or provinces than your own. Rest assured this is so that your package can be processed and delivered faster, and it will still be sent out to your correct address.
